General Building
Parkway have carried out all types of building work over the years, including building 'one off' designer homes, blocks of flats, extensions and loft conversions, for both our domestic and commercial client base, and we have also built and converted several dentist surgeries in the UK and Germany. Shop fitting is another division that Parkway has great experience in, including working on projects for clients such as HSBC, Jones Bookmakers, Superdrug and Fox and Son.
Within our domestic client base our small works cover everything from a cracked paving slab through to a new house construction. We pride ourselves on being small enough to care, and carry out the 'small' jobs and snagging that gets left behind by other builders, so whether you have a loose step, a wonky wall or a chimney that is falling down, give Parkway a call, and we will be happy to help!
Carpentry
Carpentry covers such a wide scope - we cover it all! Whether you would like a new kitchen or a log cabin retreat in the garden, we can do it. Do you have sash windows that just won't open or close properly? We can replace or repair those rotten frames. Do you want some new doors to give your home a new lease of life? Not a problem! From pitching a new roof extension, to fitting the stairs to the loft or constructing some new stud walls to make extra space, we can take care of it all. Do you have problems with noise from the flat above or below? We have some great soundproofing products to block out that noise. Central Heating
What is the most important thing in your home? Being warm and having hot water?! Parkway have been working with gas for over 20 years and are Corgi registered (reg no 300574). From 01 April Corgi is changing to the new scheme 'Gas Safe', which we of course we are registered with.
We cover all aspects of boiler fittings, maintenance, breakdowns, replacements and servicing. We are highly experienced in 'Fault Finding' and identifying those strange noises that may be coming from your boiler! We offer landlords of rental properties a full Gas Safety Inspection and a 24 hour callout service, and we know how important it is to respond to the problem and solve it before the tenant stops paying their rent!
We also offer a 'power flushing' service, so if you have cold radiators or noisy pipe work this could be what your radiators are crying out for! We will flush out all that black sludge and leave the system clean and efficient.
Plumbing
Do you fancy a nice new bathroom? Or are you just fed up with that dripping tap in the kitchen? Here at Parkway we can handle all your plumbing requirements. We have carried out hundreds of bathroom changes and upgrades, from moving a bathroom from downstairs to upstairs, or just changing the existing suite. Would you like a big walk-in shower that you have seen on all those TV programmes? We can take that dream and turn it into a reality! We carry out a full design and build service for that luxury bathroom, and will even take care of the tiling!
Parkway also have many years experience in carrying out disabled adaptations, so if you are finding it hard to get in and out of the bath, or you require a wheelchair shower tray, give us a call.

With over 20 Years experience we can deal with all your electrical needs, from TV sockets, upgrading fuse boards to a complete rewire. We cover all aspects of both domestic and electrical work, and have carried out full lighting design for shop fits and carry this experience into domestic properties, focusing on energy efficient lighting to suit your needs.
